Northern Connections

Northern connectionis a collaborative project between the Nordic countries and Scotland with the aim of strengthening ties and cooperation between composers, chamber groups and music festivals in the field of contemporary music.

The project started in 2023 with Finland, Norway and Scotland as the main partner nations. Iceland and Denmark have since joined the group. The project is run by Music Finland and is led by the Nordic export offices.
