NOMEX organized a networking trip to Los Angeles from March 4–6, 2025, where Nordic music organizations, including Iceland Music, had the opportunity to connect with key players in the city's sync industry.

The program included visits to companies such as Disney, Lionsgate, and Paramount, lectures from industry experts, and networking events to help participants deepen their understanding of the sync world in Los Angeles.

The Icelandic participants in the networking trip were Rakel Mjöll Leifsdóttir from Alda Music, Colm O’Herlihy from INNI Music, and Soffía Kristín from Iceland Sync.

For decades, Los Angeles has been at the forefront of the global entertainment industry, whether in music, video games, television, or film. This creates unique opportunities to learn about industry trends, connect with entertainment professionals, and develop international collaborations in music publishing.
