The Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30 awards are given to young professionals in the Nordic music industry (under the age of 30) who are considered to have excelled in their fields. This includes agents, music publishers, labels, concert promoters, and more.

The awards will be presented on September 10, 2026, at the by:Larm music festival in Oslo, Norway.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

• Employment: Nominees must work for a company, institution, or organization within the music or entertainment sector in the Nordic countries.
• Age Limit: Only individuals born in 1996 or later are eligible.
• The Jury: A jury of 15 Nordic music industry professionals will review the submissions and select the 20 winners.

Evaluation Factors:The jury will consider several elements, including:

• Career path and professional growth.
• Company success and professional recognition/testimonials.
• Impact on the Nordic music industry during 2025–2026.
• Artistic development and innovation.
• Touring revenue, ticket sales, and social media presence.
• Diversity: The initiative emphasizes gender balance and diversity in its selection process.
