Laufey and Bjarki Featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Spotlight
The musician Laufey Lín and entrepreneur Bjarki Lárusson both made it to the renowned 30 Under 30 Forbes list, which was published recently:
Laufey is the youngest recipient of a Grammy Award for “traditional pop vocal album”, with her album "Bewitched" winning this coveted award earlier this spring. Since its release last fall, the album has been streamed over 2.5 billion times and has managed to rekindle interest in jazz and classical music among younger generations. Forbes calls Laufey "A force that cannot be ignored."
Bjarki Lárusson is one of the founders of "Too Lost," a company which offers musicians distribution on all major streaming platforms while allowing them to keep 100% of their earnings. Too Lost has gained significant momentum over the past year, with Forbes reporting the company's revenue for 2023 at around 22 million US dollars.
We wholeheartedly congratulate Laufey and Bjarki on this incredible recognition!
