María Rut Reynisdóttir

María Rut Reynisdóttir has dedicated herself to a career as a cultural manager since 2008, particularly music, formerly serving as Head of Cultural Office for the City of Reykjavik, Project Manager of Reykjavik Music City, Managing Director of the Icelandic Music Awards, Program Director of Iceland Airwaves, and manager for Ásgeir (Trausti) and more. María Rut has been the Director of Iceland Music since the new and expanded Iceland Music office was established in January 2024.
