Keychange Leaders Open Call: Increasing Visibility for Women and Non-Binary People in the Music Industry
Keychange, a trailblazing initiative dedicated to achieving gender equality and empowering underrepresented voices in the music industry, has opened applications for its renowned Talent Leadership Programme. This groundbreaking programme seeks forward-thinking women and gender-diverse individuals to join an international cohort of creators, visionaries, and change agents.

About the Talent Leadership Programme
The Keychange Leaders Talent Leadership Programme (TLP) is a six-month training initiative designed for those committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within the music industry. Participants will gain essential skills to lead transformative initiatives within their local communities and across national and international markets.
Eligible applicants include individuals from European countries participating in the Creative Europe programme, as well as the UK and Canada.

How to Apply
Applications are now open on the Keychange website. The deadline for submissions is Monday, 13th January 2025, at 5 PM EST / 10 PM GMT / 11 PM CET. Applicants will be evaluated on their experience, vision for change, and potential impact on the music ecosystem.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews in February, with final decisions announced in March 2025.

These include Iceland Airwaves, SFH, FTT, FÍH, Gaukurinn, Harpa, KÍTÓN, The Iceland Symphony Orchestra, The National Theatre of Iceland, Reykjavík Music City, Nordic Music Days, The Nordic House, The Icelandic Opera, STEF, and INNI Music. By signing this pledge, these organisations commit to gender equality, i.e., aiming for equal representation of women and non-binary identities alongside men.
