Firestarter Workshop Series

Iceland Music, Reykjavík Music City and Iceland Innovation Week recently hosted Firestarter – a practical workshop series designed for projects that have received business grants from the Music Fund.

The programme consisted of three sessions aimed at providing participants with insight into key aspects of project management, strategic planning, and marketing.

Topics included event and project management, goal-setting, audience targeting, and digital marketing. The workshops were especially tailored to those working on independent music projects – whether festivals, venues, labels, artist management or other activities within the music sector.
