NOMEX is seeking out the 20 most promising young industry talents under the age of 30 who are leading the charge in advancing Nordic music globally. These individuals will be honoured and celebrated at the Nordic Music Biz Top 20 Under 30, 2025

To be eligible, candidates must run or work in a Nordic based music or entertainment company, or cultural organization with close ties to the music industry. Candidates who turn 30 in 2025 are eligible. 

A panel consisting of 15 influential figures from the music industry across the five Nordic countries will thoroughly evaluate all nominated candidates before selecting the final 20. When making their decisions, the panel will consider various factors such as company growth, career progression, peer recognition, industry impact in 2023-2024, artistic development, innovation, touring revenue, ticket sales, and social media presence.

Top 20 Under 30 commits to having a 50/50 gender balance and pledges to reflect significant diversity.

The award ceremony will take place on September 12th during the by:Larm festival, the largest gathering of Nordic music industry professionals and artists worldwide.
