Earlier this year Iceland Music reported that funding for export would follow the same format as the old Iceland Music Export Fund through April. Now all grants have been awarded in that format, and all future travel- and marketing allocations will be moved to the new system. Announcement to come later in April.

In March, there were a total of 12 applications for travel grants totaling ISK. 2,150,000.

A total of ISK 1,000,000 was awarded in grants, divided between five applicants:
