Danish fans of Icelandic music, take note! Sóley, Prinspolo and Lay Low will be heading to Aarhus, Denmark, to perform at the SPOT Festival on May 4th and 5th.

Sóley performs at Remisen on Friday 4th, before heading to Blackbox the following afternoon to play alongside Danish artists Darkness Falls.
Lay Low, who also took part in our most recent Spotlight interview, appears at Musikhuset on Saturday May 5th in the early evening, which leaves plenty of time to head over to Kedlen to catch Prinspolo. Not bad, eh?
Here are the full details for the Icelandic artists at SPOT:
Fri May 4 // 20.15 // Remisen
Sat May 5 // 15.00 // Blackbox with Darkness Falls (DK)
“The magic of her songwriting lies in this liminal space, poised between lo-fi quaintness and dark surrealism.” NPR (US)
Lay Low
Sat May 5 // Musikhuset, rytmisk sal //18.40
“Lay Low, Icelandic Singer/Songwriter puts her sweet, husky vocals to a raw acoustic sound with a smooth triphop twist. Having toured with Emiliana Torrini and recently, Of Monsters and Men, Lay Low is definitely one to watch.”
Prins Póló
Sat May 5 // 23.25 // Kedlen
“Their songs are actually huge stadium rock hymns in disguise: so catchy, rich in details, elaborated and thrilling that it would drive many rock stars green with envy.”
-The  Reykjavik Grapevine
