San Fran Screening Of 'Future Of Hope'

The EDDA Award-winning documentary 'Iceland: Future Of Hope', which features music from Icelandic artists including Biggi Hilmars, Feldberg and Lara Runars, is screening at the San Francisco Green Film Festival on March 7th.

'Future of Hope' looks at the grassroots movement determined to reinvent the Icelandic economy around the principles of sustainable development. Featuring imaginative use of animation, Hilmars' beautiful soundtrack (which also features Damien Rice) and Iceland’s rugged landscape, it is described as a "remarkable story of collapse, recovery, redemption, and reinvention to which the rest of the world should pay attention."
