With four organ players and a metal drummer, Apparat Organ Quartet sometimes describe their music as "Machine Rock and Roll", but the standard definition of their sound is "Organ Quartet Music", a completely new genre.
The band was originally formed to take part in a series of improvised concerts organized by Kitchen Motors in 1999, and today AOQ is truly one of the most powerful and original bands on the scene, with their love for electronics and nostalgia for the old machines.
