Sudden Weather Change took last years rapturous Airwaves audience by storm earning them an invited extra gig on one of the main stages that same weekend. Sudden play a blend of soulful energetic Alternative rock and whatever they seem to feel like at the moment and it always seems to hit the spot.
In December of 2006 the band released a 6track EP to widespread critical acclaim. Since the bands formation in 2006 from a group of friends at Icelandic arts college, the band has gained renown for its energetic live shows which seem all to often to end up with a couple of microphones amongst the crowd, people screaming the lyrics and one or two band members throwing off their instruments and immersing themselves in the frenzied mob.
The band have been recording their first full LP this august, its expected release date will be beginning of april 2009
