Eggert Claessen - Frumtak
Dr. Eggert Claessen is the Managing Director of Frumtak, an Icelandic investment fund focusing on post seed start-ups and innovation companies, that show great growth potential. He has extensive experience in founding and running start-ups, especially in the IT sector. Dr. Claessen has been an active member of the IT industry in Iceland and has worked on various projects on behalf of the IT industry, the last one as the chair of the Icelandic Association of IT Companies. He has also worked on the research of intellectual capital and has participated in various international projects on the subject. Dr. Claessen is a part time teacher at the Reykjavik University.
