Ariel Hyatt - Ariel Publicity
Ariel Hyatt founded Ariel Publicity 12 years ago as a traditional Music PR firm. The company went 100% digital to accommodate the swiftly changing media landscape in January of 2007 and since then she has not looked back. Cyber PR is currently handling campaigns for over 95 artists.
Teaching and educating musicians is her passion and a major part of her platform is to empower artists to take charge and get into action around their own online marketing.
Her philosophy is: combine social networking with Internet Marketing to grow your fanbase and increase your revenue. She teaches artists how to do this step-by-step with her new media campaigns and with her talks and books.
Several times a year, she leads sold-out workshops to musicians and music industry professionals looking to learn about Web 2.0 and online promotion in the new music business.
Her bi-weekly ezine “Sound Advice” has over 6,000 musicians and music professionals as subscribers and the list is growing steadily.
Ariel has written many articles and a new book: Music Success in 9 Weeks. She is a contributing blogger to New Music Ideas, and Music Think Tank.
Ariel has spoken at countless music conferences over the years including SXSW, Philly Music Conference, NEMO, ECMAs (Canada), A2A (Amsterdam),CMJ, BMI Music Panel Series, The Indie Music Forum and The Circle NYC.
